I am sooo late- Sorry host Andy and everyone . My daughter and 2 gkids moved back in a few weeks ago while waiting to move into her new home. so,,, additional gkid time right now and extra cooking but I know it will end soon and the house will become quiet again. It sure slows down my partying!!!!

Hi shasha glad u had fun yeah I had to be up for 6.30am GMT and as I drive for my work I didn't have any alcohol last night. I work with adults with learning disabilities. I can't wait for the next party! It'll have to be on a weekend tho but we'll sorrt something soon. xx

It is ALMOST worth having Parkinsons to have met such a great group of people. Really enjoyed the party last night. Have not had so much fun for a long time - already looking forward to the next one.

Thanks Andy for arranging this. It is a great idea and I wouldn't have missed it for anything. However, I must admit that I also wouldn't miss Parkinsons, but with such a good crowd who understand how we feel, anything is possible.

Sounds like a good time was had by all But I had to miss it. I had to see my consultant as his medical report caused the DVLA to not let me renew my driving licence. Basically it's because the they obviously think medical conditions are like black and white, no grey areas in between. He had a choice between Yes and No, so ticked Yes to involuntary movements, based on the last time he had seen me 2 and a half months before, when he had prescribed Amantadine, which is controllling the dyskinesia very well. He hadn't realised that would make them refuse my licence, but is happy to fill in the next form in my favour. I had booked it as a private consultation, but I didn't have to pay. Now I have to fill in forms to re-apply. So all thoughts of parties went out of my head - there's not a lot of room in there
