There is a KVIE TV, View Finder, Living With Parkinson's, UC Davis Health System, video featuring a Brian Grant Interview. The video is also on a DVD with other interviews.

Should be able to get to it through Google.

David Zid also has a book and video with exercises for Parkinson's. He is a PT who developed a program for a patient with Parkinson's. My husband followed the video and book and enjoyed them. I would give you more info but I shared the program with someone after my husband passed away. You should be able to do a google search and find his site.
