I attend Rock steady boxing in Texas which originated in Indianapolis. Go to their website rocksteadyboxing.org.

There are some Parkinson-appropriate classes in Sarasota.

There are 2 in the Largo area which I believe is 45 minutes from you? It's well worth the drive. Go to the RSB website & you can find the addresses. If you have any questions let me know.

Try CrossFit they are all over the world and works better in my opinion than boxing.
