Yes i am...from whangarei
From Marlborough, but from upbeat?
From nelson.? Upbeat ?
a couple of points to clarify..i am not Maori, but have huge respect and grace with them.I have a little knowledge of Te reo. I hope my nom de plume means much shaking .of hands
Meke means fist, wero means to challenge. With some creative translations you could just about make "much shaking of hands" out of it. A wero is performed mostly at a powhiri (welcome) these days so there could be an opportunity there to bend the rules a bit. But hey I like the look and sound of your nom de plume mate, so no worries at all about what it means. I am Maori btw and my full name is Robson Te Puanui Chamberlin from Auckland, but I lived in Whangarei for a while so I know it quite well.
Hi Kiwis
Upbeat - acronym by Dianne of Dunedin a few years ago - understanding parkinsons by education ....
