Also viewed the youtube video, thanks for the reference. At one point in the video Stephen is shown doing hand exercises.....reminds me of those recommend by John Argue using tennisballs. Do you have Stephen's DVD?

Indeed the YouTube video is inspiring. Neither have I seen the DVD, however I ordered it.
