I have been inspired by this Video. I know it is not going to happen overnight, but some of them are worth trying out.

Also viewed the youtube video, thanks for the reference. At one point in the video Stephen is shown doing hand exercises.....reminds me of those recommend by John Argue using tennisballs. Do you have Stephen's DVD?
