Sounds like classic parkinson's. I feel the same. People are frequently talking to me about tremors but I find the fatigue the most frustrating part of parkinson's. I try to find the hours of the day I can do something and use them as best I can. I give in to the nap (and even enjoy it), so I'm not a dud later in the day. Hang in there.

Thank you Grayland. You made my day!! I keep forgetting about that part of Parkinsons. They found an anuerisym on my aeorta & I am I was in emergency room for 2 days. Now waiting till 23rd for the cardio plan. I have had an upper respiratory cold with bronchitis for 3 1/2 weeks. Ha I am glad I have a sense of humor.

Tremors are under control. (:

I've found that the best way for me is to stick to a routine as much as possible. I sleep, eat and take meds at the same time every day. When I able to do it, I have my best days.

I am happy to read that this extreme fatigue is par for the course. It is so hard to deal with. If I let myself slow down I get so very tired. So far this and the stiff muscles are the hardest parts of Parkinson's for me too. Guess all we can do is keep moving.

I concur. I take multiple naps a day and it never really relieves my exhaustion or makes me feel refreshed. I just hate it, my tremors are pretty much under control as well. Stiff muscles, exhaustion, sleep issues and shuffling. UGH

Yes, I never know if I'll be able to do what I planned, but I try.

My problem is same as most all replies. I keep " making plans in my mind" that my Body cannot keep....".

Tired is too mild for me, exhausted is the word by noon. This is hard to accept after being so" busy" for so many years but find my 45 minute naps now can las 2 hours.

Just hang in there, better times are ahead ,I believe, for all of us PD sufferers.

Ropinirol has helped and now adding sinimet for help with balance. I sure hope it

Work because Ina, very unstable in walk or stairs. I have sudden onset and do not know what to expect next,
