I am looking some PD peeps to walk with. I live in North Seattle ( Wedgewood), just off the Burke-Gilman Trail. Are there any groups out there?

Thanks for the help

Look up Shirley Hernandez in Spokane. I know that she's a ways from you, but I guarantee that she knows anyone that has anything to do with Parkinsons in the State of Washington. She can be found at Parkinsons Northwest, among other foundations. Best wishes to you.

I just moved to Portland.......otherwise I would have been walking with you. Have to tell you that Portland is a wonderful walking city and I will be looking for my new PD docs.....many options. Good luck with finding some Parkie Pals to walk with.
