Can anyone advise with help

Ankle sore this morning and knee on left legAny one had this where the better leg hip at side seems like a ligament hurt. Cos I seem like you got a shorter leg on the better leg when walking. Have to use a hot water bottle on it at night to ease it off.

Been going With this for 11 months now.

And even though the knee on bad leg twists a bit a knee specialist who I paid to see says it's my ankle. Anyone been operated on .On the inside ankle.
