Walking outdoors

Hi I just wanted to know if anyone struggles when walking outside but is ok indoors?

I have difficulty walking outside, but no idea why. I always just kind of figured that the ground is harder, maybe not terribly even (especially out in the country). Also the weather has an effect, the air quality is different than in the house. I also have issues when it's hot or cold out.

I think in some cases you may be walking up a slight incline without realizing it is not as flat as it looks.
