@doveile, good morning, I treat my COPD with Spiriva respimat once a day, Seravant twice a day, airpro rescue inhaler whenever needed. Also use oxygen (2) at night or when out and about. I do 1 hour of aerobic exercises (CDS) 5 days a week. Sometimes I blow up balloons or use my exercise peddler. Can do this when watching TV. I feel exercise is as important as meds. This all helps me to do whatever I want just at slower pace. Also use my oxygen while exercising.
