There is someone in our church who told me today (30/03/2023) that they had a blood test and the results were that they are borderline diebetic. Apparently, this had been going on for a couple of years, so in order to help this person, does anyone have any ideas about diet?
The person tells me that the tablet they are taking is Metformin, but sometimes diet helps as well. So I’m asking this community if there is any advice on diet just to help.
