Hi, I am 77 and have had mild incontinence since the change. I have helped myself a lot by doing pelvic floor exercises but recently I've had trouble getting to the loo in time. Because of this I've been using disposable pads but wondered about changing to more eco friendly solutions. Does anyone have any advice?
