anxiety diapers

i have anxiety and incontinence wear diapers 24/7. i have a hard time dealing with these issues , because most of my doctors think it is more mantle then medical. could that be true???? diapers do make me feel relax/comfortable too.I'm i going crazy because diapers make me feel good. i do see a social work/mantle health person too.they think it is 2 problems that I'm dealing with. i know some of you may think I'm nuts but it's the way I'm , that diapers help me deal with my anxiety.

If diapers help relieve your current anxiety, then it seems to me you should wear them and relax. I would continue to seek health advice, and perhaps some day you will find your anxiety is reduced. Thanks for posting!

It’s all good. If something helps you then that’s a good tool to have in life’s toolbox. I have anxiety issues also and other issues with incontinence so if it works use it. I understand how they make some feel safe. Thank you posting. 👍
