I want to let men know that there is a new device available to assist with the management of urinary incontinence, especially post prostatectomy UI. I am intrigued by this product's claim that blood flow remains normal while it is being used. This product was designed and developed by a vascular surgeon in Canada. The product is currently available in Europe, Canada and the US.

-- Pacey MedTech's Continence Cuff includes their uniquely designed Urethral Pressure Pad™ blocks unwanted urine flow. The Fenestrated Hood™ ensures normal blood flow, ensuring that you live in absolute comfort, along with the Velcro® strap providing a comfortable custom fit for you. --

As with any device, it use should be discussed with your physician in the case there is a contraindication for its use with your type of urinary incontinence.

The website where you and your physician can learn more about it is: paceycuff.com/

The US website is: usa.paceycuff.com/

Never be afraid to contact a company to find out more about their product, and if different sizes are available! Or let them know, that a smaller size is needed. If they hear that enough, a company will respond.

I have met the man who developed this product. He is a kind and gentle man, who is genuinely concerned about men with incontinence, and wants to provide products that really help and work. I think he would be very happy to hear from you. I have met his wife as well, and she too is a very gentle and caring lady. He is a urologist by training, and so is well versed in all of this and has seen every size and shape out there.
