It is a bit quiet! Shall we try and get some convo going on?! :)

Hi there,

That is a great question! To help clear it up, the main admin of the group from Ostomy Lifestyle has actually just left her position, so it's in the process of being handed over to her colleague. Then hopefully it will pick up more.

The main thing is that this group is new, so a lot of people don't know about it yet. Are any of you in other ostomy groups or on the Ostomy Lifestyle Facebook group? It would be so helpful to let as many people know about this group as possible simply by posting the URL: ostomylifestyle.healthunloc.... It can't be an active group if no one knows about it! :)

Also just posting more questions for people to answer and sharing your story in the blog section would be amazing.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Best wishes,

Lora Schellenberg

Looks like very few people have seen the site so far, hopefully we can share it with our networks a bit and get some interest!

I found this site very active and extremely useful just need others to post more questions if they have a problem and more people to give feedback if they feel they can help some people are shy of these sites but it does help others to come out of their shell and to feel they are not alone we are all here to help one another and give support to everyone and it somehow helps us all to do a little bit to help each other in our hour of need so it may seem a bit quiet at times for those of you who have a problem please do not hold back put your questions forward on any subject as any long term illness is life changing and definitely a challenge so thanks to everyone who gives support to others.

This site has made me feel life is worth living and not to give up. As I have a long term illness with no cure at least I now feel I can help and support others in some way be it little or small who knows I just share my experience and somehow it eases the depression.
