Have you checked your gallbladder? Seems to me that is more probable
Get a colonoscopy as soon as you can. I had the same thing. I went from getting up in the morning and drinking a couple of coffes and then a big poop, to pooping 5 times pencil thin for a couple of months and then asked for a colonoscopy.
