Hi all. The flare up seems to be easing off but have had to resort to a pain killer and dancers leggings to stop my lower legs from hurting..seems to be working. It's a grey day here so don't hold out much hope of a full remission.

what leggings do you use. i've been struggling to find legwarmers that are stretchy enough. like you i find keeping legs and hands warm makes a huge difference

I use thermal leggings in the winter to try and keep my legs warm. They really work. I got mine from m&s.
