Life is better in flip flops.....

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia with a side order of asthma! I have lived in Dubai for 17 years, where I developed these, after a nasty car crash and my injuries not healing well. I have moved back to the UK now and my goodness are my joints/pain worse. Particularly when it's damp/raining......which of course it often does in good old Blighty! People are amazed as Dubai weather was humid, so a lot of sufferers feel worse, but maybe because I developed it there it was better for me?! Anyway it's great to be a part of this....hello 😀

I am so genuinely sorry to read of your medical conditions and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you
