Low immunoglobulin E. Can they be replenished?

Just got latest tests back and my IgE is nil. Is there anything that can be done to bring this up?

I believe IGIV treatement is prescribed for low Immunoglobulin, Some doctors just monitor levels and will not prescribe unless you are getting constant infections.
