My pleasure, by the way the salad pictured was from 'The Ivy' restaurant next to Tower Bridge in London. I live in Canada and just returned from my vacation in London.

I was at Tower Bridge!

I was just in DC. Had strawberries and blueberries for breakfast with toast and iced coffee for breakfast and lovely salads for dinner, with grilled asparagus and zucchini ( no salt) from the sides menu for dinner.

So, plant based can be done!
