i have this itch down my arm and theres no rash , it seems to be worse at nighttime, ive had my bloods done and i need to have my liver done again as it was 155 , i dont understand all this, but this itch is driving me mad no antihistame seems to work , im waiting to have a ultrasound done , any one help me please\

Itch, have had it for many years, most of the time no dedication can help. Please start making a food intake diary any thing and everything you eat and drink. If you can to start with try missing your breakfast, having tea without milk and sugar, simple lunch and simple dinner fresh and steamed, see how you go. Clothing, cotton material just washed in hot water no soap and no comfort do not mix with other clothing. Let the doctors do their investigation.

This itch ahs been in my family but no one understood it. My grandmother used to shout saying ants keep falling from the roof and biting her!! My grand mother used to boil lime and rub it on her body before shower. For me, I still have a record of food intake to avoid the itch. I have it under control in UK.

I had a similar problem with my legs, also at night time. It was my shower gel causing it and was worse when hot in bed. I now use Aveeno shower gel and moisturiser and the problem was solved. I hope yours prove to be a simple explanation too.
