Have just read this article - what an amazing piece! It has confirmed what I have come to believe, that we are killing ourselves! We must get to grips with our diet, our lifestyle and our reliance on medication. Each one of us owes ourselves this opportunity to set right the balance of the world outside to the world inside our bodies.
