I would say a big one for me is the constant pain in my head and also not being able to remember things

Yes - we are writing a survivor manual to include tips on how to manage these issues - do you have any ? Are you able to come to our conference in London on Saturday 15th March ??

I make sure I don't say 'Oh I've forgotten it' but 'I'll remember it in a minuite', then I usualy do, lol.

Also, it dousn't matter how 'silly' your method of extra rememboring is as long as it works for you, e.g: I remember which cammel is wich by thinking 'Dromidary rhymes with 'Oneidremy' (1 hump) and a Backtrian has the most to carry on it's back (2 humps).

Honestly, mine would be moving on. It is so easy to link all the struggles, bad thoughts and worries for the future to the tumour, that it's hard to forget and live in the present. It seems that every time I have an ache or pain, can't ferment where I left something, feel anxiety in social situations etc - I always wonder if the tumour had something to do with it.

Then I remind myself that everyone goes through these things and I need to try and just deal with it the way anyone else would.

you are absolutely right ! We all have aches and pains and worries and building resilience to deal with them is something brain tumour survivors have developed in spades from their past experiences I believe. We should not forget there is no such thing as a carefree life ….. just ways of managing our cares so they make us feel strong rather than sad !
