University of Exeter is conducting interviews over the next few weeks (finishing no later than 25th August) and would love you to be involved. The team are able to be quite flexible with the time/date of the interviews within this timeframe and can accommodate evenings and weekends if necessary over the next few weeks, based on when young people and their families have time.

Thank you for your help and we look forward to meeting you.

Hi, I am a survivor of an Astra Cytomel brain tumor aged 5 back in 1990.

Although I am now too old for this current survey, I notice that you have not had many replies.

I just want to let you know that I am always willing to discus my own experiences and the mental and physical side effects that this has left me with. Even though I survived this tumor (narrowly) It meant my social development was greatly effected. There's a lot of information and helpful services available now that would have been helpful to me back then, but always room for improvement!

I don't mind sharing these experiences with you if it will help further generations. Please don't hesitate to contact me.

Thanks

Laura Bailey😊
