Not sure I can join on kick boxing, but it's great to set to SMART (Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time focused) goals. So for everyone who can, set small achievable goals at first to build your confidence and reduce risk of failing. Just getting out if you can, for walks in the fresh air, going for a swim, cycling or maybe asking your GP for a referral to the 'Passport to Health Scheme', are low cost ways to get started.
