Hi everyone. I need your help...my daughter 24 years old has been diagnosed first at age 14 with mpgn and then later changed to c3g. She has been holding her own with this disease with conservative treatment of losartan 50mg daily. It keeps the proteinuria somewhat low and she doesn’t suffer from any major symptoms from the disease. But the past 3 years she has been suffering with gi problems. Constipation and bloating which of course leads to misery. She had every test imaginable and the diagnosis we were left with was slow motility. She has developed food intolerances and has to be on a strict diet to avoid flare ups which lead to having to have a colonic to feel comfortable. Anyone else experiencing gi issues?

My son also frequently had GI issues, but his were probably med related. We changed his primary med Cellcept to enteric coated version Myfortic. He seems to have way fewer issues now.
