I did it! I completed the program. Wow. I honestly didn’t think I could do it. BUT I DID! 😭 My pace still isn’t fast enough for the 5k, but I’ll continue to work on it going forward with the 5k+ program. For these last two weeks of longer runs, I learned that I need to warm up longer than walking for 5 minutes. I watched the free Body Blast Warmup video from Instructor live on the NHS website before my runs, and those set of moves definitely helped me. I learned the same for cool-downs, and started incorporating more hip stretches in after my runs. ❤️
