I did it really slow. Not sure if that would even count as running, jogging? Anyway, I hope I can finish week 2 feeling more like a real runner...

The only way to start is really slow. Take it from me, if you charge out there at racing speed right off the bat, you'll end up with injuries. Keep consistently following your plan and you'll be amazed how fast you start to feel like a real runner.
It is not about speed, it is about the time you are moving. Sometimes I am so slow "running" it would be quicker to walk but we can work on speed later, let's do this thing!!
