My tinnitus started after my first Moderna vaccine.

Mine was very minimal, then I had the first AZ vaccine in February. Had worst head pain ever with a 'whooshing whistle' noise. This has stayed with me. I feel like crying all the time as it is taking over. I will not risk any more vaccines

AstraZeneca jab here, and no effect on my T at all, in fact I didn’t get any side effects. Having my 2nd jab later today.

All I can add to this is that there is some early data that some vaccines affect the under-40s with more noticeable side-effects. That appears to be true of the Astra-Zeneca, hence the switch to other options in that age bracket. Peacefulnoise, how is your tinnitus at the moment?

It's constant 24/7 . I'm hoping it stops when the vaccine wears off.
