Hi - first time posting here.... the last T spike (almost 3 weeks ago) resulted in me feeling like i can't quite hear properly in my affected ear (I am totally deaf on one side so only have one useful ear). I had a hearing test after 14 days and although my T has resettled and the hearing test showed my hearing was pretty much in normal range, i still feel like there's just a tiny something that's 'blocking' my hearing. The audiologist said there's a layer of wax across my eardrum but it's not compacted. He said the sound can get to my eardrum because there's no hearing loss as proven in the hearing test and YET i feel like there's alittle something preventing me from hearing properly.
The best way i can describe it is I feel like although i can HEAR, i can't quite wholly 'connect' with the sounds?
Maybe i am going mad but it gets me down so much
I'm also getting foggy head, impatient, lethargic (my head not my body) and just generally struggling to cope with stuff since the last T spike. Prior to this i was on cloud 9, happy as larry with a super happy outlook?!
