How 2 encourage organ donation? For example, any official petitions 2 make the system opt-out, not opt-in, or to encourage more 2 opt-in.

The system should be opt-out. In countries like Austria where the system is indeed opt-out, only a minority of the population chooses to do that, about 1 - 5%. In the UK, the majority of people do not know they have to opt-in to be a donor, are not aware of how to do it or even if they do they never get round to doing it. The discrepancy between the number of people who claim they would want to be a donor and those who actually opt-in is vast.
Fluff, I totally agree. Maybe the Trust could help us organise some sort of campaign.
