liver tests gone back to normal but high bilirubin?

hey so I had a liver function test and my serum alt and bilirubin were elevated (bilirubin 23 u/mol) I had them repeated yesterday and my liver tests have gone back to normal range but my bilirubin is now 32 u/mol? I had an ultrasound and that was clear, they said they got a good view on everything and no abnormalities but I'm soooo scared they've missed pancreatic cancer! What could be causing all this, anyone had similar? This all started with a random on set of pain in my upper middle stomach that went on for 3 days ish and then eased off, since then I've had no pain just a bit of tenderness when I touch the area?? So worried xx
