stitch like pain in right flank

I’m constantly getting (stitch) my GP thought it was musculoskeletal - but even after rest and some medication (2 weeks) I still getting the stitch (whilst walking and standing). Once I sit down it eventually goes off.

Any ideas ? Is it liver related?
