Hi, I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning. They said not to eat or drink anything for 6 hours beforehand. I'll be asleep so should be ok to avoid that! But, can I drink some water? I need to take my thyroid meds in the morning plus I get very thirsty during the night.
I've tried calling the hospital to check three times but I'm always about 9 or 10 in the queue and I didn't have the time to wait while at work.
Can anyone advise please? I know this us a bit short notice as my scan is at 8.30am! But thank you 😊
