Rising GGT levels.Should I be coconcerned ?

Hi, in May my GGT has risen up to 1868 u/L. This isn't a sudden rise,

Dec 22 read was 1536 u/L,

LFT last week came back with no GGT result but-

Alk-600+

Alt-180+

My GP doesn't seem to think it's an issue and says they will "keep an eye on it!"

In June I was admitted to Hospital [A&E] and kept in with DKA [Diabetic ketoacidosi] and stabilised.

I have been living with type 2 for a number of years but now i'm on insulin [And Cirrhosis] and concerned that there is something not ! "ok"!

Anytime I ask the nurse about it [ I have an wound on my ankle that has to be dressed once a week] she refers me to "Ask my GP" which results in a phone call from the surgery locum/nurse saying not to worry and they will "keep an eye on it", but I'm getting concerned that its all going pear shaped.

I'm worried that something is being missed in my overall health?

Ay thoughts would be appreciated.
