Medium size probe - different sizes for different sized patients.
IQR - Inter Quartile Range - is the spread of your 10 readings, the median is the group of results which are closest together with any results on the extremes ignored. This ends up being a clump of results, the closer these are together the the more accurate the result (your 5%). This is all part of how doctors interpret the results.
The important one for you us the 8.8 kPa which sounds pretty positive.
