it's a daunting form to fill out but my daughter Emma and me managed it and I received pip.
it helps me massively with my finances so well worth doin.
I've work ALL my life and it's hard for me to swallow receiving help but for now I'm and have to go with all life throws at me.
YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORMS OUT AND DO SO AS IF ITS YR VERY WORST DAY.
