Is creatinine of 1.36, uric acid of 10.6 and AST of 66 dangerous? Is it reversible? What foods or drinks to use and what to avoid that may help?

Well when I started this in 2018 they said cirrhosis was not reversible, but in 2021 they said that they are now telling some people depending on their diagnosis, that cirrhosis can be reversible to some extent.by strict low fat diet,exercise, and NO ALCOHOL !!!! I am trying to succeed in their suggestions for a better life!!!!
