Mosquito bites

This may seem trivial but when I was diagnosed 5 years ago , I did not have a problem with mosquitos. They bit someone else. Now I seem to be the attraction and it is bothering me to the point I don’t get out at dusk or early morning. Has anyone had a similar issue? I apologize for the trite nature of problem.

I don’t know whether this is a coincidence but I also seem to get bitten a lot more since I was diagnosed with fatty liver???

Yes! I never had a problem as they bit my Husband so he was like a walking bug spray, lol. But recently I get more bites than he does.I don't have an answer, though it looks like it could be because of the liver disease.

An article says active drinkers were bitten significantly more, so I wonder if the liver might play a part too. My husband drinks daily and always gets bitten and I don't much at all.

Thanks, since I haven’t had anything to drink since 2017 it’s not alcohol but with cirrhosis so many things have changed and I can’t help but think my “natural” bug spray was taken away too.
