I think every single person with a diagnosis of cirrhosis will have it affect them in different ways and in no way can you compare yourself to others and confirm any sort of diagnosis based on similar symptoms.
As you have a diagnosis of Hepatitis C and obvious concerns about your condition you need to get an up to date check up with your doctor to assess your concerns, check out your condition and see how you are doing.
The BLT has a page all about Hep C and one on Cirrhosis which may give you some advice but just because you may or may not have symptoms as listed on the page it doesn't provide confirmation of a diagnosis ONLY some proper tests and scans will give you that.

As Ayrshire said, some people have symptoms some don't. Those that do have symptoms will vary between each person. It's best just to get tested with MRE, Bloodwork, etc.. whatever else your doctor thinks would be best. The MRE is what confirmed severe scarring and I had to wait 7 months to go back to see if it would reverse at all. It didn't reverse enough by the time of the 2nd round of tests so the specialist told me I had compensated cirrhosis. I had very few symptoms like most which is what makes liver disease so dangerous. Rule of thumb is if you think you have it, get tested.
Hi,
As Katie has already mentioned on this thread, symptoms can vary between patients.
We would suggest to fully discuss with your medical team who are best placed to assess your symptoms.
