Seems possible, I’m no expert. But interested as given a GS Diagnosis many years ago and find it interesting that so little is known about it generally, and often dismissed as Nothing to worry about but does seem to be at least part of a common experienced difficulties by persons diagnosed. Found this article link below, interesting as if stressed, we tend not to breath too well and higher haemoglobin levels happen when oxygen is in short supply. (sciencedaily.com/releases/2...
So it makes sense to me that higher haemoglobin levels could be a result of being chronically stressed and not breathing well. If we are not breathing in and out fully in a relaxed way the cycle will increase the flight and fight. Learning to breath well and relax may be helpful. Suggest yoga.
Other things can be responsible for high haemoglobin but probably not slightly higher. I’m no expert or GP though. Definitely good to address stress and anxiety - lots of mindfulness apps available as well.
Thank you
