By forum rules we are not allowed to offer comment on test results and even if we could we'd be unable to say based on a single random figure of 75 which we don't know which particular enzyme/test it relates to - there isn't a single test that gives a 'liver count'.
You need to get a proper explanation and follow up with a doctor.

Hi Kathy
Im unsure what blood test it is you have had done as none of my lfts are liver count. In saying that your number is only slightly raised and if your doctor is concerned they will redo the tests soon.

As our forum members have suggested , we cannot interpret results.
May I suggest you return to the doctor who requested the tests and ask for clarification and explanation?

A one off test doesn’t really conclude anything so I suspect your doctor will do a repeat blood test in 3-6 months.
