Hello everyone,

I been living plant based for more than 5 years and I must admit it is by no means healthy if you do it wrong, i'm not advocating for people to go plant based but i have been using an app with tons of recipes ranging from breakfast to dinner. The recipes are easy to follow and they don't contain refined sugar, some use salt but this can always be taken away. Also the recipes are all made with whole foods. I been using it the last month and I already lost 6 kg, it does come with a small price 5€ I believe but imo it is well worth it. Just a little tip for people who find it difficult to come up with healthy food ideas.😊
