56 years old male diagnosed with NCPF. Undergo EVL every three months. Most of the times these are high risk residual varices with RCS. Recently I have started to undertake an hour of medium intensity cardio and strength exercises every day. Can the elevated heart rate during exercise cause aggravation of my varices or cause a rupture?

Good afternoon Binjal,
No-one on this forum is medically qualified to comment on this.
May I suggest you discuss any new exercise regime with your own medical team to keep yourself safe.
Take care,
