Ugh.

Nausea?

What helps with that?

Family member already on 3 anti sickness tablets a day.

Big bruising rashes too

Losing appetite.

Any ideas to help?

Horrible feeling ...... Drink peppermint or ginger tea, eat small regular meals, ginger biscuits get fresh air and distract yourself .... crosswords, jigsaw puzzles etc

I'm so sorry your family member is suffering. I agree with what Laura said plus my Dr put me on prochlorperazine which has helped with the sickness. Take care and thinking of you Lynne

There are at least 3 classes of anti-nausea drugs - if the one you are taking is not doing the trick ask to try one of the others. They are very variable and what works for one does nothing for someone else.

Good luck and sometimes you’ve just go to experiment

If I feel on the verge of throwing up I eat an orange & the feeling magically disappears. I'm not sure why it works but it does for me especially if the nausea is caused by taking pills on an empty stomach. It may not work in your case because nausea can have multiple causes but it might help.
