I’ve had three MRI scans and was worried about being claustrophobic. The space is kind of tight and the machine is very noisy. Totally sussed it last time, eyes closed, don’t try and feel the sides, lay still. And imagine you’ve accidentally gone into a hardcore German techno club by mistake. I have to say letting the machines rhythm just take over by imagining it was weird music really helped.

I have had a few and usually just drift off too, listening to the beat🤣

There was one i had to go in twice and it reminded me of the noise chitty chitty bang bang made and i kept singing the song in my head. Quite enjoyed it really. Ah well 🤣🤣🤣
