Hi there all.
Has anyone else post transplant wakened up after a night of sweating, nightmares and a blinding headache behind eyes?
Hi there all.

Agnes,
Yes, I keep paracetamol and a drink next to my bed, it eases as he progresses from the transplant, hopefully. Mention it to the coordinators to cover the bases.

Hi Agnes , sorry to hear your hubby has had a bad night, I used to get really bad sweats with tramadol and had some weird vivid dreams, I also had really high blood pressure which was causing bad headaches, I would definitely mention it to the drs just in case, hope he feels better soon 🌸🌸
My hubby did have sweats but the coordinators don't mind a phonecall for advise
Deffo Agnes. For about 2 months at least. Similar comments to Snoutie but I had codeine next to me....

Hi agnes about 2 weeks ago I started having headaches and I'd had a blood test round that time. I got a call from addenbrookes to say that my tacrolimus levels were too high and they told me to reduce down from 5mg daily to 3 mg.They asked if I'd had headaches and hand shaking. My hands had a shake anyway post transplant but yes, it had been worse than normal I haven't had headache since reducing the levels and hands settled down to a lot less shaking than had been the norm. I only occasionally get night sweats. Everyone of us is different and tac levels may or may not have something to do with it. Alf
It is Adoport that I had to reduce Agnes. The headache was across my forehead. Hope he's sorted soon.
