Update

Not been on here for a while (been steering clear of Google) bit thought would give an update on where I am at. I went through a tough time of feeling I was going nuts, couldn't do much as very weak and generally feeling unwell. Today is a different me and fingers crossed it will continue. I've gained 2 stone, eating like a horse, sleeping a lot better and exercising every day (4-5 mile walks, joined gym etc) ... went to docs due to mental state and he spoke to my consultant and has put me on a low does of beta blockers, these may not be for everyone but they have turned me into a positive different person. I stay off Google and try and look on the good side rather than doom and gloom all the time. I know things could take a turn for the worse at any point but at the moment I feel good (and I am no longer yellow) all being well back to work in a couple of weeks and hopefully the future treats me well.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me along this rubbish journey and sure I'll be back again soon.

I was acutually just think about you and wondering how you were getting on, I'm glad to hear things are looking up. Great job on the exercise and not drinking and good luck going back to work.
