Hi
I have liver cirosis due to fatty liver and my spleen is enlarged at 18.3cm is this anything to be concerned about

It's normal for your spleen to become enlarged when you have cirrhosis mine ended up being 25 cm just before my transplant. The spleen is taking on a lot more filtering work due to the liver not working properly
