Insufferable constant in limbo please help .

3yrs off drink as drunk litre bottle of whisky a day or vodka for over 10yrs I became so I'll that they took me in hospital urgent to detox the diagnosis then was mild hepatic stenosis and lesion on liver also passed gall stones I have gastric reflux and small ulcer so in out hospital now my diagnosis is hepatic stenosis and early onset of cirrhosis.why has it got worse and I got swelling hands feet itchy again state of mind is like I'm grief stricken asthenosphere not knowing when to go a/e or go when I totally confused I don't remember stuff is cirrhosis progressing Drs won't tell me much as I'm sure as I have adult ADHD they dismiss me as I want to no the prognosis I'm in a bad dark place and I'm sorry but I need help
